Winter Whistler Promotion Rules:
1. This promotion is for long-term care insurance sales. Eligible products include Genworth "Privileged Choice Flex", "Privileged Choice", "Classic Select", "Choice", "Cornerstone Advantage", "LTC Business Solutions", and any state Partnership equivalents; Linked-Benefit products ("Total Living Coverage") and True Group are excluded.
2. Credit will be awarded "Per Household Sold". For example, whether 2 apps are taken on 1 person, or 1 app is taken on each of multiple residents, LTCA will still award just 1 "credit" for the household. Important: The only stipulation is that at least one of the applications submitted from the household must be a Genworth product listed in paragraph #1, above.
3. Where an application includes more than one agent (a "split"), the agent-of-record will be awarded sole promotion credit: promotion credits will not be divided pro-rata among producers for the purposes of the Whistler Winter Promotion.
4. The Whistler Winter Promotion is based on submitted applications which reach the Genworth Home Office. Cancellations, Not Takens, and Declinations do not disqualify an entry.
5. Eligible apps should be mailed to LTCA's Bellevue office for processing. You must notitfy LTCA of applications which are sent directly to Genworth. LTCA is not responsible for tracking unreported cases, and will not award credit for cases reported after the contest period has ended. Whistler Winter Promotion period includes business with signature dates on or after 12/15/11 through and including 02/15/12 (must be received by LTCA or Genworth Home Office no later than Tuesday, 02/21/12.)
6. As soon as practicable after 2/21/12, LTCA will award 1 Grand Prize to the producer who has received the most “credits” during the promotion period, ie submitted the most Genworth applications as defined above (in the case of a tie, ANBP will be the tiebreaker). The Grand Prize will consist of 1 week’s paid accomodations at the Cascade Lodge, Whistler, British Columbia, from check-in March 9th to check-out March 16th, including paid airfare for two (2) individuals, economy class, from the producer’s nearest international airport to Vancouver, BC (up to a maximum ticket price of $300/apiece, $600 total).
7. Grand Prize dates may not be altered nor extended; nor may location be modified. LTCA is responsible for basic room and board; producer will be liable for additional charges to room, including but not limited to meals, entertainment, gratuities, and taxes on same.
8. If producer chooses not to fly to Vancouver, BC, LTCA will make a cash substitution of $600.
9. No cash substitutions allowed, other than as noted in paragraph #8 above; other limitations and/or exclusions may apply.
10. Producer is responsible for any taxes or additional charges incurred.
11. LTCA, Inc. reserves the right to interpret, modify, or discontinue the Whistler Winter Promotion at its sole discretion.
